TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) :
.By commissioning me, VICKY, in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS:
1- Please note that all of my commissions are digital. I will not be able to ship anything to you personally.
2- Please write in a clear and nice manner.
3- Provide neat references.
4- Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
5- All my works are SFW so please do not apply if you want an NSFW commission.
6- I am allowed to post the commissions on all my current or future social media accounts in any form. That includes My Portfolio, My Twitter Profile/ TL, videos on YouTube, or streaming my work on any other platforms as well. Keeping the commission private must be discussed as an additional fee might be needed.

II. PAYMENT:
1- i) I Use Merchants for My Payments. So, If you have any problem with that then You can easily leave. I'm not gonna force you.

ii) Payments are Via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelly, And sometimes Crypto as well.

2- Payment plans are allowed.
I always use 50% upfront 50% upon finishing the commission.
Weekly Payments are also acceptable and 3 parts payment plan is accepted as well only if the commission is +200$.
FOR 3 PART PAYMENT PLAN: ⅓ upfront, ⅓ at the middle. ⅓ upon finishing the commission

3- I will send you my PayPal email Or an invoice (if needed).

4- I will never ask to be paid through the friends and family option. If you notice something is wrong, please contact me immediately through my links.

5- 50% of the price is paid upfront, a screenshot of the payment should be sent so I can follow up. The last 50% will be paid after I am done with a commission and before sending the client the finished digital file.

III. PROCESS and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Art Commission Process:
1- After having a clear idea of what you need and the upfront payment, I will update you Weekly; with the sketches, LineArt, base colors, and the mood of the artwork.
2- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
You are allowed to ask for changes.
Changes are Acceptable when We're At the Sketch or Line Art Stage.
3- However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
4- Any additional (The Things that Are not in the Details Before are Called "ADDITIONAL CHANGES") and major changes will come with an extra charge and it will add up in the Amount.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
5- The time for your commission to be completed depends on the artwork itself, however, normal illustrations can be up to 2 weeks.

IV. COMPULSORY THINGS FOR CLIENT:
After the Completion of Work. Client Should mention me with my Artwork That I have done for them with some Regards on it and then post this on their Twitter TL ^ ^. Ya can also call this a "SHOUT OUT"

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY:
1- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced 2D/3D Models, 2D/3D Animations, Artworks, Vtuber Models, Oc's, Character Artwork, Ref Sheet, Emotes, Rigging, Line Art, Sketches, illustration or Live2d Models, not the commissioner.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to Promote myself in any place, site, or even books.
2- PRIVATE COMMISSIONS (not ever published anywhere) COME WITH A FEE so make sure to inform me when you first apply.
3- The commissioners are allowed to;
-make prints for personal use.
-resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
4-Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use is allowed. You are not allowed to profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc, without my permission.
5- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will be discussed..
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking, and promote your own brand.
A Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

__Regarding Vtuber Models or Live2D Models:
6- Vtubers who commissioned me must give me my credit (with my social media links) in an easy spot to see, like the bio, or the about.

7-Vtubers who commissioned me will have their credit (with their social media links) given on my social media or whenever I post their model on any platform.
.
8- Please inform me if you have resold any illustrations and models I've worked on. In the case of a Live2D model, make sure to direct who you've sold the model to to me. This is so I can keep track of where my work has gone and so I can provide them Live2d support.

9- If you are reselling a Live2d model that I worked on, I would appreciate it if you sell it for lower than the overall commission price. I can't enforce this as you technically own the rights, but it would still be greatly appreciated if you consider this.

10- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the commission will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money from it in any way) without my permission.
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
-reselling the digital item without informing me.

11- Under no circumstances do I permit my work to be used in markets that make use of blockchain technology. This includes any form of cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin or Litecoin) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY:
I always do my best to make my clients satisfied with the results, and I only agree on the commissions that I am sure I can finish efficiently.
However Just In Case;
-If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded the upfront price you have paid.
-If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
-No refunds for commissions that have already been completed.
-You will receive a full, or partial refund if for any unjustifiable reason, I’m unable to finish the commission.

The client is only responsible for the TOS at the time of the agreement and arguments. Unless I notified them of important new TOS.
